Project Twenty-Two is built around one mission: honoring the fallen, supporting the living, strengthening families, and building a community where no veteran fights alone. Behind that mission are two distinct entities, each with its own purpose and responsibilities.
PROJECT TWENTY-TWO FOUNDATION
The Foundation is being established to advance our charitable mission through veteran and family support, community initiatives, outreach, and service.
PROJECT TWENTY-TWO VENTURES, LLC
Ventures manages the commercial side of Project Twenty-Two, including merchandise, business partnerships, and other activities intended to support the broader mission.
TWO ENTITIES. CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES.
Project Twenty-Two Foundation and Project Twenty-Two Ventures, LLC are separate organizations with distinct financial and operational responsibilities.
The Foundation is preparing to apply for recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and has not yet received IRS recognition. Contributions made through this website are currently received by Project Twenty-Two Ventures, LLC and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
